A FEW WORD ABOUT ME

Arie Toledano is a visionary, man of action and a true believer in the role of the Jewish people among the nations as well as the eternity of its existence. He operates out of the conviction that millions of “Seed of Israel” around the world have the potential of re-connecting into the Jewish people, which in turn, will ensure the long term existence of The Jewish people and the State of Israel.

Arie’s dedication and concern for the perpetuity of the Jewish people is based on strong roots. The Expulsion of the Jewish people from Spain is an integral part of his ancestral story, passed on from father to son in the family, dating back to 1492. At the end of the 1980’s, Arie’s father was appointed as the Chief Rabbi at Israel’s Ministry of Immigration and Absorption, in which he played a key part in the conversion and religious integration of tens of thousands of Jews from Ethiopia (Falashmoura), and re-join the Jewish People.  Another motivation for his keen interest in the Bnei Anusim (Marranos), which are estimated in their millions today, seeking a path back into the Jewish flock.

The Zera Israel Foundation, operates based on his vision to enable the return to Judaism, in a welcoming and approachable manner, offering a wide range of much needed support.

After 30+ years of successful international business career, Arie recently completed a successful exit and sale of his companies, and decides to devote himself to Zera Israel. Some of his major business milestones include acting as the President of DATAFIRST SAS, France since 1985 – a Top 100 Software Editor, heading M&A’s and global business development.

Over the years, Arie held many roles in the Jewish communities in France and Israel; founded two synagogues and Beth Midrach in Jerusalem, and served as the President of the Sefaradi congregation of Lyon, France.
